I haven't been too impressed with them as of late either. I used to really enjoy the idea of playing at casinos operated by bigger brands but I'm finding more and more that the smaller operators have a much better touch and are far more capable of making things happen whether it be extra bonus money that you may be asking for, pace at which your payouts are processed
